It is such a happy thing to be together, all of us.

We have so much fun! Although once together long, someone somehow tends to lose their temper.

Let's work on this, so we'll enjoy each others company more than ever!

3 Angels' Birthday

Remember the other day when I said we were going to celebrate Ching, Chyi, and my aunt's birthdays? Now this post will be about it.


This was the cake I mentioned on the previous post. Cupcakes! My favourite!!!


The birthday banner, there were balloons as well, just like old time birthday parties.


These are the spread of food we had, no proper table to bring down, so we had to settle with the bench.




Our honorable cook, he did almost all the cooking that night.




These jellies are made by me, I spent the whole afternoon OF MY OFF DAY doing these ok? And mind you, they are no normal jellies, they are colourful layered delicious jellies made by me! And everyone (was forced to) said that they were yummy!


I made the flower hair band. I actually made another 3 for my 3 sisters, but only 2 put them on...

After filling up our tummies to the very top, it was time to open up the presents!


It was kinda difficult to see what they got because it was dark.



I didn't get to take the photo of my aunt opening her presents lah... =D

My Mum and us. She did not take too many pictures that night coz she was busying cleaning and making sure everyone is ok, best Mum ever!





Everyone had a good time that night, gatherings of all sorts are always enjoyable.

cher li made these for me! we went into a shop one day when she was here in kl and saw these books selling at RM10 plus per book. i told her it's for sure that we can make them ourselves. it definitely didn't have to cost that much!







so when she and my mum came to kl again, she gave it to me, so gan dong! mum said she spent so much time on it.



ching and i saw this car when we were at sunway pyramid. we were there for lunch at sushi king when they had this RM2 promo going on. there were 5 of us but the rest left earlier so me, ching and yi chang stayed on and saw this car.









look at the interior! it is totally for a diva ok? there were mirrors when you looked up! and a disco ball!

yi-shen and i had long planned to go to spice garden for dinner coz the one we had at genting was nice. so finally, we found time to go one fine day.

and look, they have this! the brown thing... it is pickled lime! i can only find it in one shop in kelantan previously, but now i can find it here already! it is oh-so delicious i tell you... once you've tried it, you'll love it for sure! and like me now, you'll salivate when you think of it.

sorry i can't remember what all the above are already... we ordered too many dishes and ended up so full! but sadly, none of the dishes are spicy at all! i guess northern indian cuisine is not spicy afterall...

Our Genting Trip

Chyi, Yi-Shen and I went to Genting a few months back, I can't really remember when. We stayed at Awana Hotel, which means we can cook up there! So Chyi and I went shopping for food before going up. One of the things we enjoy most!

We bought lemang on our way, it is something we definitely buy whenever we go to Genting. The lemangs taste very good sometimes when it's very salty!

The weather wasn't too cold, mainly because we stayed at Awana, which was not so high up. We unpacked and gave the utensils a wash before we cooked anything. Some of the utensils were so gross! I brought our own sponge up to wash the dishes, because the sponge they provide is always like 5 years old already! (given that 5 years old is the oldest a sponge can get, which they are already half dead and ready to be buried)





Oh now I remember exactly when did we go, it was my birthday! So I gave them a dinner treat at Spice Garden, a northern cuisine restaurant. We ordered tandoori chicken, sambal prawns, and curry lamb with a few kinds of naan.




Disappointingly, nothing was spicy enough for us. We expected it to be extra spicy since the restaurant manager warned us the food is spicy! I love spicy food! Nevertheless, the food was considered good. We're planning to go to the one in Subang very soon.

We went to Starbucks for drinks, took loads of pictures; Mostly self-obsessed photos.

This is a picture taken by yi-shen, seldomly he takes nice pictures of me.. I always complain coz other people always get nice nice pictures of themselves because I always know how to take nice angles; to make them look slimmer, prettier, nicer, fairer, taller, longer legs (ok I'm exaggerating)... but me? What about me? My pictures in the pc that are nice are always self-taken! I am gonna vomit looking at them soon! Why can't someone help me take nice pictures of myself? Hate it...

I shouldn't end my post this way, it sounds like I'll still be upset the whole day. BUT I AM!!!!
